Do your cabinets have a warranty
Our RTA cabinets come with a limited lifetime warranty. Upon proper documentation, we will also take care of any damages that occur during shipping.

We are based in Seattle, WA and ship from several different warehouses in order to keep the $299 flat rate shipping possible. For purchases over $2,000 we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous US.

Do you offer samples?
We offer sample cabinet doors with standard UPS shipping. These will usually ship one day after your order has been placed. We greatly recommend all customers to order samples. Cabinet finishes vary in appearance from screen to screen as well as under different types of lighting.

Are cabinets shipped assembled?
We offer both ready-to-assemble and pre-assembled cabinets, depending on the color and collection.
What are Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets?
Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) cabinets are brand new individually packaged cabinets and they are ready for easy assembly. Assembly times will vary based on the type of cabinet and the sizing. Wall cabinets should be able to be assembled in 7-10 minutes and base cabinets in 10-15 minutes. Larger cabinets such as pantries, lazy susans, or oven cabinets may take a bit longer because of the additional pieces.
How do I assemble the cabinets?
Our cabinets will come packaged with screws, L brackets etc. and instructions to help with assembly. Only basic tools will be needed. We recommend two people assemble the cabinets and allow for 15-45 minutes of assembly time per cabinet. We have videos to assist you in the process. They can be found under Support.
Can I get assistance with designing my kitchen or bathroom?

PAYMENTS
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We require credit card authorization to start your order so it might appear as PENDING. Your credit card will only be charged when your order is fully processed. Allow for 1-3 business days for the order to appear on your statement. For questions or issues regarding payment, our office hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. During weekdays, emails will be replied to within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours with no penalty. After 12 hours, we may have already processed your order and you may be charged a restock fee.

RenoEra will charge sales tax according to local state tax laws. Please check the sales tax applied to your order during checkout for more information.
How do I check my order status and track my order?

When will the order be shipped?
The lead time for unassembled (RTA) cabinet orders is 1-3 weeks. Lead times begin 24 hours after the customer places the order.
Is it possible for my order to be received faster than 1-2 weeks?
Receiving orders faster than 1-2 weeks is possible, but dependent on the proximity to our warehouses and the amount of inventory available.

Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Items
that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts (not due to
