RenoEra will assist by providing necessary documentation, such as dispatch records and photos.
Based on experience, all lost packages can be claimed with the carrier.
Damaged Items and Missing Parts
Claims are accepted within 30 days after shipment. Claims made after 30 days will not be processed.
Buyers must provide clear and discernible images of the damages.
If the outer packaging is damaged, the carrier is responsible.
