    • Based on experience, all lost packages can be claimed with the carrier.
  2. Damaged Items and Missing Parts
    • Claims are accepted within 30 days after shipment. Claims made after 30 days will not be processed.
    • Buyers must provide clear and discernible images of the damages.
    • If the outer packaging is damaged, the carrier is responsible.
    • If the outer packaging is intact but the product is damaged, RenoEra will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
  3. Quality Issues
    • Claims are accepted within one year of shipment. Claims exceeding one year will not be processed.
    • Buyers must provide clear evidence, such as images, of the quality issue.
    • RenoEra will provide a replacement or refund but will not cover shipping costs.
  4. Human Damage
    • Claims are accepted during the product's production period.
    • Claims are not accepted if the product has been discontinued.
    • Non-clearance products must remain in production for at least one year after shipment.
    • RenoEra will provide replacement parts or products at the sale price, but buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
  5. No-Reason Returns
